not at all. you get a 30-day strategy, but you set the pace. follow it daily, stretch it over a few months, take a break, or start fresh with a new strategy whenever you want. no falling behind here

your work changes, so your strategy can change too. you can refresh it when your goals or priorities shift. the subscription is $49 per month and you can cancel before your next billing period. payments already made are non-refundable
